Shipping & Returns

14-Day Exchange Guidelines:

• Size Exchanges are free. 
• Exchanges are for US Purchases only. 
• Exchanges are for the same product, in a different size or color.
• A $5 restocking fee is applied per return.
• Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days once received.
• Customers will receive a follow-up email once processed.
• Including a photo of the item being returned helps us streamline the exchange process.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange.

Conditions:

• Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
• Approved exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days. Exchanges sent back after this period will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
